Duplicate libshiboken2 and libpyside2 libraries installed into site-packages

When libshiboken2 and libpyside2 libraries are compiled, there is also a step that creates symlinks to the libraries with a slightly different suffix (the so version). But at some stage when the copying is done, instead of the symlinks being kept the libraries are duplicated thus taking up more space.
