Visualise start up performance indicators

As a product owner, I would like to be able to refer to and demonstrate various performance indicators related to the process of the startup of the whole device on a cold boot until the UI shows up and gets in idle:

• time passed between the start of the OS loading and just before the UI service has been started
• time passed between between the UI service has been started and the first frame being rendered on the screen
• time passed between between the first frame being rendered on the screen and the UI entering the idle state and waiting for user input

 These values should be visualised on the UI even if they can seen in the system logs, since there are situations when you either have no time to connect a host machine or this is just not possible.
