Visualise performance indicators during system use

As a product owner, I would like to be able to review various performance indicators related to the use of the UI after different user actions:

• total system CPU load in %
• CPU load in % of the total and the RAM PSS/stack/heap consumed by the System UI process as well by each of the currently running apps
• time needed to launch each app process

 These values should be visualised on the UI even if they can be seen in the system logs, since there are situations when you either have no time to connect a host machine or this is just not possible.
