      http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/5.0/plugins-howto.html and the QQmlExtensionPlugin docs still refer to Q_EXPORT_PLUGIN2 in a way other than "Q_EXPORT_PLUGIN2 is deprecated as of Qt 5"
