Fusion style - partially checked tri-state checkbox looks same as disabled

A partially checked tri-state checkbox looks the same in appearance to a checked checkbox that is disabled (except for the text color). It should show a different symbol in this case (e.g. a square) for partially checked to reduce confusion.
