QSqlTableModel: add an overload for isDirty() that returns true/false if there is anything dirty in the table

QSqlTableModel: add an overload for isDirty() that returns true/false if there is anything dirty in the table, this would make it a lot easier to see if a submitAll() is required or not before doing a potentially expensive reselect.
