OSX: Text editing widgets should handle ctrl+ keys

    Description

      With native text editing nsview Ctrl + keys work as follows:
      Ctrl+F -> Right cursor
      Ctrl+B -> Left cursor
      Ctrl+N -> Down cursor
      Ctrl+P -> Up cursor
      Ctrl+H -> Backspace
      Ctrl+D -> Delete

      Qt applications should have the same ctrl+ keys handled.
