QNX: wrong touch positions reported

The QNX QPA plugin sometimes reports wrong touch positions when the window is not positioned at (0,0). Hence touch events are not processed properly.

This happens for instance when the main application window is moved e.g. by a window manager via native libscreen APIs or when a child window of the main window is moved by Qt. The latter only happens in the "no-rootwindow" case.
