Description
On Windows if you pass
"*.*"
to QFileDialog::getOpenFileName in native mode the Open File dialog displays files with no extension (e.g., "Test") and the user can select and open such files.
On Macintosh if you do the same, files with no extension are visible but disabled and unselectable.
A workaround is to use
"*"
instead of
"*.*"
for the filter string but making Macintosh work like Windows in this regard would be one less source of issues.
