Screen density dependent scaling on Windows Phone

Controls are draw very small on a Lumia 1020 with Windows Phone 8.1 unless the control's size is manually set.

The controls should resize automatically with respect to the device's screen density (like the Qt Enterprise flat design style for the Controls 1).
