REG[5.4.2-5.5.1] ] toMSecsSinceEpoch result not equal with fromMSecsSinceEpoch source

    Description

      Get time by fromMSecsSinceEpoch() from some timezone using some timestamp. Then get timestamp back by toMSecsSinceEpoch(). For some (not all) timezones result and source values are not equal. It's expected to get same value than original. It works correctly in Qt 5.4.2 but is broken in Qt 5.5.1. Test attached sample application with Qt 5.4.2 and 5.5.1 to see the difference.
