QtSensors documentation still mentions "Windows Phone" and "Windows 8/RT"

We no longer support Windows Phone (i.e. Windows Phone 8). We also no longer support "Windows 8/RT" (i.e. Windows Runtime 8) - which was also incorrectly labeled as this meant Windows Runtime (or WinRT), not Windows RT, which is something different.

Anyways, the two columns need to be merged and re-labeled as "Universal Windows Platform" or "UWP".
