init-repository --alternates and submodules of qt modules

      Invoked as

      ./init-repository --alternates $ALTDIR

      the script looks for e.g. the qtwebengine/src/3rdparty submodule in $ALTDIR/src/3rdparty instead of $ALTDIR/qtwebengine/src/3rdparty.
