    Description

      With the current 5.12 branch (69-based), I get these warnings when the first download is started in a QtWebEngine application:

      [32570:32570:0924/090032.020781:ERROR:in_progress_cache_impl.cc(192)] Cache is not initialized, cannot RetrieveEntry.
[32570:32570:0924/090032.020808:ERROR:in_progress_cache_impl.cc(176)] Cache is not initialized, cannot AddOrReplaceEntry.
