Documentation on WheelEvent.angleDelta is misleading

The documentation says that "A positive value indicates that the wheel was rotated up/right; a negative value indicates that the wheel was rotated down/left."

It actually should be up/left and down/right respectively, as (correctly, i.e. reflecting reality) described in the section on WheelEvent.inverted.

P.S. The documentation on QWheelEvent doesn't cover horizontal scrolling in angleData() at all; it would be good to add the same description there too.
