Windows10-x86 machines requires signtool and key installed

    Description

      Current machines from the new coin cloner inside the new jenkins instance for example Coin-win-msvc2015-Windows10-x86-b4e394 does not have signtool.exe and key.pfx installed

      This is the last part which is missing to use the coin cloner structure for a complete QtDesignStudio create packages process.
