Text jumping issue with TextArea

Users are reporting a problem when writing text in QML TextArea.

Cursor can jump to completely different position in the text when writing and this happens especially when word suggestion pops up.

Attached videos show this behavior.

Text attachment contains a text that reproduces the bug.

Restarting app does not change anything.

Support has tested this on 5.12.4, 5.12.5 and 5.13.1 with iOS 13.2.

User has found a workaround:

"A preliminary workaround is to disable word suggestions using inputMethodHints: Qt.ImhNoPredictiveText, or to turn off all related features in iOS (Settings > General > Keyboard) so word suggestions never appear, but this is not a very good solution for our users..."
