does not find certain files in Issue list

In the 'Issues' list, it does not find certain files (it prints "File not found: xxx.hh" in red) - it does find most files, however.

I recognized that those non-found files are always files with a filename which are present in multiple directories (e.g. there exists both a/xxx.hh and b/xxx.hh).
