Installing an app on Windows corrupts the list of apps after closing the "wrapper" terminal window

Fully reproducible: Delete "%LOCALAPPDATA%/Luxoft Sweden AB" to get default settings, start Neptune, download SameGame, close Neptune by closing the wrapper terminal window, start it again. The result: the list of apps in the Launcher is empty, no widgets on the home screen. Interestingly, when stopping Neptune by closing all three windows one by one, the problem does not occur
