    Description

When trying to remove a built-in application appman doesn't accept the request (as expected), but doesn't provide a meaningful error message.

When trying the remove the package using the appman-controller you see this:

      /home/gagi/work/build/qt5.13-es2/qtbase/bin/appman-controller remove-package com.pelagicore.tuner
      Starting removal of package com.pelagicore.tuner...
ERROR: removePackage returned an empty taskId

In the system-ui the error message doesn't help either (even in verbose mode):

      [DBG | am.installer] TRACE removePackage "com.pelagicore.tuner" false
