Downloads app does not update categories list

      Neptune3-ui appstore does not update categories list

      Expected behavior - appstore updates categories list regularly or when switching to the app.

      Observed behavior - appstore does not update categories list.

      Ways to reproduce:

      1. Start neptune3-ui and open the Downloads app.
      2. Add few categories on deployment server (or delete)
      3. Exit and reenter appstore
      4. At this point categories would still be the same.
