Support CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH definition in setup.py

When compiling pyside agains a custom prefix (where Qt is installed in), we must add some custom cmake prefix path where the cmake files of Qt are located.

PS: CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH is maybe not the best solution. It will only add paths to default paths which can trigger some weird issues if some Qt cmake files are already located in.
