qbs --system is broken on MacOS

    Description

      It seems, due to the changes in Apple policy, it is no longer possible to write to the /Library/Application Support:

      $ qbs config --system foo bar
Failure writing system settings file '/Library/Application Support/qbs/qbs.conf': You do not have permission to write to that location.
