DV Android - Option to cache user projects on device

    Description

      If a project was downloaded and the online version is not newer we should give the option to cache it.

      Since caching takes space and there might be security concerns this should not be the default.
      We can ask the user after the first download and have a setting.
      Cleaning has to be possible.
