DV Wasm - Need multithreaded release

Currently we're releasing only single-threaded version of WebAssembly. Docker images are created as single-threaded versions as well because the test deployment is not supporting multi-threaded deployment because of a security issue.

If that's resolved then docker image can be migrated to multi-threaded and the build will be multi-threaded.
