"Run project" button and project dropdown enabled when there are no projects

      Issue found:

      After removing all shared projects in Design Studio, Qt UI Viewer Home page allows user to press Run Project button and open the projects menu, even though there are no shared projects.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create and share a project in Design Studio
      2. Open Qt UI Viewer
      3. Scan QR code
      4. Remove created project from shared applications (no shared applications left)
      5. Close and reopen Qt UI Viewer
      6. ->Run project button is enabled, pressing it will give "Critical: Please check you internet connection and try again" warning
      7. Press projects combobox
      8. ->Opens an empty menu
      9. Would expect both button and combobox to be disabled
