Design Viewer doesn't pick the correct qtquickcontrols2.conf

      Currently it picks the first file found in the filesystem regardless of what's set in the qmlproject file or what's located under the root path.

      It should check for the qmlproject file content for that first, if not found, it should look for the root folder.

      That may need to be fixed in Qt UI Viewer as well.
