Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- In Content library - User assets, click + and add some custom folder, can be an empty folder
- Remove the folder from Content library by clicking the trash can icon
- Close the project from File -> Close all projects and editor
- In File explorer, delete "icons" folder that was created inside the empty folder
- Click somewhere in Desing Studio UI
- -> Design Studio crashes
