Drag-moving 3D object in 3D edit view doesn't always properly propagate position all the way to the document

Add View3D and drag the cube around using the move gizmo for a bit and stop dragging. Compare the values displayed on the move gizmo tooltip and the values displayed on the property editor. Sometimes they will not match. Easiest to repro this is to make a quick flick drag and abruptly stop. You can verify that backend values haven't been updated correctly by resetting the 3D edit view -> the object position changes after reset.
