Cannot change workspace

    Description

      Changing workspace does not work on Windows right away after launching Design Studio and creating/opening a project.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Design Studio
      2. Create a project
      3. Try changing the workspace -> cannot be changed
      4. Click File -> Close all projects and editors (save changes if asked)
      5. Open the previously made project
      6. -> workspace can be changed now

      Happens every time Design Studio is closed and reopened.
