      Allow defining guides for 2D and 3D

      Currently we do support snapping, but no explicit guides.

      The suggestion is to

      • Implement guides for the 2D view
      • The guides in 2D should also be respected in 3d (This requires the 3D editor to know about the View3D in 2D space.
