Have a maximum height for the list of imports that can be added in Design Mode

Have a maximum height for the list of imports that can be added in Design Mode, if there is a lot of different ones which can be added then it can push the components list so far down and it ends up being too small to be usable. By setting a maximum and thus making that part scrollable it will make the user experience in this regard much better.
