Collapse default settings for 3D Import dialog by default

Simplify the look of the Import dialog by collapsing the settings part by default. Changing defaults is rarely needed and having all settings visible makes it look difficult.

In case user imports several different file types at once, add tab for each type with their defaults, if there are such.

Also log could be hidden and leave just progress bar ( checkbox) but it does not disturb as much.
