[Research Spike] Integrate analytics support in Property Editor

Scope of the spike:

• User is able to control from the property panel (New analytics section) if certain item has analytics enabled.
• Support for adding analytics for States
• Analytics in QDS is separate plugin which is not enabled for the releases yet. Should be only available in QDS Enterprise eventually.
• Analytics can be reflected to the qml code

Left out from the spike:

• Application level toggle for enabling / disabling analytics for all items
• Support for analytics categories
