Review the license expired dialog

Check the current 'license expired' message

• check the dialog current state
• make sure it contains
  • clear text that license has expired on <date>
  • how to proceed (not in the dialog, separate flows)
    • if it was eval ; how to apply for extension
    • if it was real license ; how to proceed
      • contact AM
• have a proper design (matching the startup screen look)
