Create QtC or QDS projects for manual tests

In order to speed up the manual regression testing, and automation of those, and to enable manual test delegation to others as well, create ready projects for the manual tests.

And add those to the Git repositories. (Use suitable license). At need add dedicated page in the safety manual to explain those. This is because, the inflow of questions seems to increase and project team time is spent on answering those while working on the critical path of the schedule.

Definition of Done:

1. All applicable manual regression tests have ready Qt Creator projects
2. All applicable manual regression tests have ready Qt Design Studio projects
3. (Note: Check wheter projects must be separated or put in common folder)
4. Test cases are in TestRail suites and plans
5. Related .pro is updated
6. Test code is reviewed
7. Test code is in version control
