Regression: Creating new project always defaults to user's documents folder

In 2.0 creating new project defaulted to the project folder of the most recently opened project, but that is not optimal, either, as we don't support projects within projects. I think creating new project should by default show the parent folder of the project of the first prosentation in recently opened presentations. soili_vainamo needs to specify the exact behavior.
