Browse dialog for Datainput doesn't work like other browse dialogs in inspector

Other browse dialog in inspector appear in a fixed location relative to the control clicked. Datainput browse dialog appears relative to the exact position clicked. It should work like other browse dialogs.

Also, other browse dialogs close if the control is clicked again, but datainput browse dialog closes and immediately reopens if the control is clicked again.
