Indicate datainput errors with icon in management dialog

Indicate errors with datainput bindings (mismatching types etc.) with exclamation point icon or other indicator in the datainput management dialog. Errors can occur for example when a presentation is imported, or when user purposefully select non-matching datatype as binding.
