Support Vulkan for Qt Wayland Compositor

    Description

      Qt Wayland Compositor is currently only able to run on the OpenGL RHI backend. At some point it may be a hard requirement to also support Vulkan, given that OpenGL drivers may be phased out over time. We should be ready for that.
