Figuring out the why proxy lookup takes long on windows

    • Windows 7, proxy is set to "automatic settings" (which I think is the default value).

      When loading creator the welcome plugin takes very long to load.

      Examining this issue I found that about 2.3s are used in file src/network/kernel/qnetworkproxy_win.cpp line 380. The execution then proceeds in to return sp->defaultResult.
