Centered dialog requires 2 taps with adjustResize input mode

When a TextField is manually focused on by being tapped by the user, pressing any of the standard dialog buttons requires 2 taps to close.

This appears to only occur when `android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustResize"` is set in the AndroidManifest on the application and the dialog is centered.

This behavior is inconsistent and does not always occur (usually occurs after 5-10 tries). I have not been able to reproduce this on any older Android devices (running Android 8).
