REG [5.15.2 => 6.2.4] - QMenu is way too high (on some systems?)

See attached example and system. Result attached as image. Especially notice that the menu (at 150% scaling) is taller than the one high dpi (with rounded 2x scaling on 5.15.2 despite the Text is somewhat smaller).
