Only install pdb files for installed components

The option "Qt Debug Information Files" installs all existing pdb files for the related Qt version, no matter which "Additional Libraries" have been selected.

As of Qt 6.3, the webengine pdb files alone (debug and release) have around 5 GB. Always installing all pdb files is a big waste of user HDD/SDD space when a user selects the "Debug Info Files" but no webengine.

As a workaround, it's possible to manually delete all .pdb files that don't have a corresponding dll/exe file. On my system, that frees up more than half of the size of an installation of Qt 6.3.
