missing package in installer for evalution license customers

3-4 Solutions engineers lately have needed to solve problems with customers who are using evaluations licenses not being able to install all the packages that should be included with that license type.

In my case, mqtt was missing from a DC Professional evaluation license installation. The customer tried to uninstall the license, uninstall Qt, etc. nothing helped.
