Description
Steps:
- set env var QT_MEDIA_BACKEND=ffmpeg
- run example examples\multimedia\video\mediaplayer
- Open a video. The bug is reproduced very often on this one https://file-examples.com/storage/fe522079b962f100d94fb66/2017/04/file_example_MP4_480_1_5MG.mp4
- While the video is playing, change the rate several times
ER: The playback rate is changed every time
AR: The app hangs very often (after 2nd-3rd changing)
