Building Qt 6.5.0 for Windows fails

      I tried building a static version of Qt 6.5.0, and I'm missing the QML components the build of Qt6Multimedia, evidently due to its inability to find WMF. Several months ago, using the same configuration options, I was able to build a static version of 6.2.4. Has something changed?

      This is the configure command I ran:

      $ configure.bat -opensource -confirm-license -static -static-runtime -release -platform win32-g++ -opengl desktop -skip qtwebengine -nomake examples -nomake tests -prefix c:\qt\6.5.0_static
