Dragging HeaderView doesn't transpose the column widths

The new movableColumns feature of HorizontalHeaderView does not transpose the column widths when swapping columns.

This is needed at a minimum if there is a columnWidthProvider, as there is no way to resize them otherwise, and the size of the column is meant for the one that it replaced.
