Add at least one in-source build qt config to CI

    Description

      Apparently we don't do have any in-source builds of Qt in dev (6.9) anymore.
      We happen to have one in 6.8 by coincidence, which caught a faulty merged change when it got picked from dev to 6.8 https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/604687

      Because we don't explicitly disallow in-source builds of Qt, and I believe there are still Qt developers that use them, it makes sense to have an explicit in-source Qt build in the CI.
