"Could not open DRM device" when launching applications to RaspberryPi (Windows installation only)

      When trying to run applications on Raspberrypi5 on a network booted image (Windows host) the application fails with:

      Could not open DRM device /dev/dri/by-path/platform-axi:gpu-card (No such file or directory)
Could not open DRM device
quit

      Whole /dev/dri folder is missing, not only '/dev/dri/by-path/platform-axi:gpu-card' (which a symbolic link that the test sets to use the correct GPU card) (could be card0 or card1)
